which city and or state do you think has the strongest country accent?
wow that’s crazy, i’m from birmingham. haha.

It’s got to be Brownsville, TX. It meets all the redneck criteria abd the accents are REALLY thick.

Birmingham, Alabama for accent.
There’s a whole lot more rednecks in New York City than there are in any Southern city just because of the population numbers.
