    In the shallow eyes of non-southerners: Southern Accent = Redneck = Uneducated racist

    Logic =/= Stereotypes

    People don’t always think that, only ignorant narrow-minded people think that. There are many brilliant people with Southern accents, not only in the political arena.

    Because we have been stereotyped by resentful northerners with no cultural ties who are resentful that we haven’t been homogenized.
